What Causes Sneezing After Getting Sweat On Forehead?

hi doctor. im getting sneeze whenever i get sweat in my forehead, after taking bath, sometimes after waking in the morning, etc. continuosly 3 to 4 times i wil sneeze continuosly. immediately my body wil get sweat. i took homeopathy treatment for 4 months but no use. took siddha treatment for 6 months but prob stopped while taking medicine and again it started immediately after stopping the medicine. i took ct scan to check for sinus and i dont have sinus problem also. pls help me

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of getting sweating on the forehead followed by sneezing, which is getting instigated by many things.as you have mentioned.
You have already taken treatment by many methods like Siddha and Homeopathy.
The problem looks due to the effects of the overactive sympathetic nervous symptoms with the a component of vaso-motor rhinitis.
I would advise you the following:
Get a consultation of an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination; you have already undergone for CT scan of the sinuses.
You need topical decongestant drops, oral steroids and decongestants.
You may also need medicines like tryptomer- amitriptylin and so on.
