Lack of Hygiene Kindly counsel your partner to address any of the above points. if He is uncircumcised, then certain bacteria can accumulate and cause sub-acute infection that smells bad, which is not actually the smell of the semen but it is acquired after ejaculation If he is circumcised, encourage him to eat more fruits and vegetables than beef and mutton.
