Iam 40 years &my misses is 38 years,and she is diabetic from last two years. From last two months i have observed that my semon is coming out with smell after sex. but there is no pain , no wound at penis. kindly suggest whether nuforce kit is suitable medicine for this...

Thanks for query.

Smelly semen is mostly due infection of either Seminal Vesicle or Prostate .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Semen examination and Semen culture .

Taking appropriate antibiotic as per culture report for 4 weeks will help to resolve the issue .

Ensure to drink more water .

Ensure to avoid sexual activities till you get cured completely.
