What Causes Smelly And Dark Yellow Urine?

Doctor my urine smells bad and strong when i drink less water.it some times looks yellow.In the early morning my urine looks dark yellowish..dark redissh yellowish color and seems to be more concentrated and smells very bad & strong.what will be the problem? im so confused.
more over i feel small discharge of liquid with very bad smell.
what will be the problem for me..
since i plan to marry.im so confused.
