What Causes Smell And Tightness At The End Of Urination?
Ia m 65m y Financeeis 72 We both livei nd ifferent contries. I went fora visit not having seen onh ad sex in 2.5 years. WE had un protecteds ex [3] times during my visit. We both said we hadn t had sex since the last en- counter 2.5 yearss ago. I am feeling fulness in my blatter to urinateand at the end of urination, a tighness in the end. A little smell....i have douched with providine.d o i need to see a doctor?

IN the given situation of Yours,You seem to suffer from-UTI with burning causing tightness in the end.
You at 65 and your fiancee at 72, a sex after 2.5 yrs may expose you to Vaginitis with Urethritis due to low estrogen dryness and low local immune defences.
Even after povidone douching, you may need to do Urine Analysis and would need antibiotic treatment for UTI.
Possibility of STD needs to be ruled out in view of the un-protected Sex, with attending Gyenc doctor by LCR testing of Urine and blood samples for Gonorrhea and for Chalmydia.
Remedy-
Consults with Gynec doctor and UA and STD check ups.
Treat with plenty of fluids and needful antibiotics(Like Ciplox x 2 weeks) / Tab Pyridium / Alkalizer solution- as per the reports of the tests.
If STD 2 weeks treatment with antibiotics(Doxycycline/ Azithromycine)would resolve the issue.
