What Causes Small White Heads On The Back And Chest?

Hello, I have whiteheads all over my back and chest..also have acne on my back and chest..a dermatologist suggested me azithromycin and tretinoin tablet and benzoyl peroxide 2.5%...it helped but doesnt do much...i wasn t feeling good after taking these tablets...please suggest me some solution for my whiteheads and acne... Thank You.
