What Causes Small White Dots On Skin All Over The Body?

Hello Doctor , My name is Usha , I need your advise in regards to my brother s problem . He is 35 years old , his marriage is fixed Coming month Sept 2014 . Now recently we found small white dots on is skin . We took him to a clean specialist Doctor . He told its just a vitamin problem . Now from past 2 weeks its increase very much . Please help me how to check or what are the test he need to under go & check whether its a white disease or not . Which is the best treatment he can undergo ? Regards Usha

Your concerns are very much valid. Your brother may be developing vitiligo or it may even be tenia versicolor, a type of fungal infection. He needs to see a dermatologist for getting proper treatment.
