I Have a small white dot under the skin on my foot I dogg at it with a knife and nothing come out but it just healed and was still there. It s doesn t look like it raised but when I touch it I can feel a bump. I dogg at it again and this time a small bit of white powder come out of it. I m kinda concerned about it. What could this be
