What Causes Small Reddish Bumps On Face?
Small red cluster bumps on my 3 month old face. Paediatrician prescribed Canesten. Any other suggestions as to cause and treatment? Applying the cream on cheeks and temples where prevalent however he constantly has fingers in mouth which makes his face wet. Is Canesten harmful if swallowed? Never ending battle to keep fingers out

the small reddish bumps may be rash due to kissing the baby
handling him with unclean hands
canesten is fine no problem the swolled amt is negligeble
you can wipe the baby face with a clean towel soaked in warm water after each feed and also in between which should help a lot
