Hello dear, Understand your concern. If it is not change in color, pain sensitivity,no blood: it is harm less. But you have to examine it repeatedly. Following are the causes of your problem: 1. Fordyce spots These are tiny brown/red spots, found on the head of the penis or the shaft. They are normal minute sebaceous glands and are just part of the natural structure of many penises. There s absolutely no need for any treatment. 2. Pearly papules Pearly penile papules are also normal. They are very small bumps, the same colour as your skin, but with a pearly appearance. They usually appear around the glans (head) of the penis in a row. they don t need any treatment.
