What Causes Small Red Itchy Dots On Tips Of My Fingers?
I have small red dots under the skin on my palms of my hand, started a few days ago with dots on my tips of my fingers. It was itchy when it started earlier today but that has gone away, I also have little dots under the skin on my feet when exposed to heat?

It seems to be dyshidrotic eczema or pompholyx due to retention of sweat in the gland ducts. Please perform saline soaks several times a day in tepid water. The problem will resolve.
