What Causes Small Purplish Spots On Thighs With A Patch On Face?
My daughter has these small purplish spots on the front part of her thighs. They were not there this morning and now they are. This is the third time they have shown up now and I am not sure if it is something that I should be concerned with. They late for a few days and then disappear. Plus, a small patch showed up on her check near her eye, two days ago.

These spots are likely to be small purpuric spots, as the child is otherwise well this may be Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, or some clotting factor deficiency.Investigate for complete blood count,prothrombin time and activated partial prothrombin time.There is spontaneous painful bleeding in these conditions .
