What Causes Small Pimples Around Anus And Scrotum Leading To Pain And Itching?

Hi,I have a sort of lump-like feeling between my anus and scrotum, in the anogenital distance I believe. It looks like a red tract from my anus to my scrotum and somewhat like a bunch of small pimples. I don t experience any pain or itching; perhaps slight soreness. What could this be and is it a risk to my health?Thanks.

I would like to know some more information before I can be fully answer this question:
1. Your age, and are you sexually active?
2. If you are sexually active, does your partner have similar complains
3. Is their any penile discharge?
4. Is their rash on any other area of your body?
5. Do you sweat a lot in the pubic region?

According to my knowledge and experience and the information you have given so far, multiple painless pimples on anogenital region could be warts or they could be due to heat and poor hygiene, neither of these are life threatening or dangerous. Warts usually go away after 6 months, otherwise cautery could be done. Please inform your sexual partner of it. Refrain from intercourse during this time. Get examined by your doctor for appropriate diagnosis.
