What Causes Small Lump Under Skin Between Anus And Scrotum?

Hi, I have found a small lump under the skin between my anus and scrotum. It is closer to my anus. It does not hurt. It feels to be around some veins or something. It is not too close to the surface, i have to push fairly hard to find it. I have not noticed this before. Can you please tell me if you have any ideas what it might be. Thank you.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have hemorrhoid (piles). You should go for examination. Avoid constipation. Take plenty of water and high fiber diet. Permanent treatment is surgery.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
