What Causes Small Irritating Bubbles In The Saliva?

Hi. I am experiencing it since the fast few weeks. although I know that I already felt it before, but these last few weeks, I am having a feeling of having bubbles, small irritating bubbles of saliva. I dont know why this is always happening but I notice it every sunday morning and I am really irritated about it. can you help me? or give me any tips on how to avoid or prevent it?

Welcome to healthcare magic.

You have problem of small bubbles in saliva that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux problem or other reasons.

Fungal infection of mouth also cause irritation to oral mucosa.
After clinical examination of mouth diagnosis can occurs.
Consult a doctor for further diagnosis and treatment plan.
Treat underling cause.
