What Causes Small Hole Around Tailbone With Discharge Of Blood And Puss?
Hi, my names Daniel and im 21 years old, i have noticed a very small hole around the tail bone area of my butt and every so often it seems to leek a mixture of blood and maybe puss and its not a nice smell at all, very oily tho. I have looked at answers online but people seem to say it theirs hurts but mines does not?

From the description you have provided, it looks like you might have developed some form of a perianal fistula or sinus .
Since it is already a chronic wound, I would advise you to get it evalutated as soon as possible.
On and off discharge of pus or blood from the lesion necessitates a complete investigation and thereby treatment of the area.
So you should see a nearby doctor soon for the same.
