What Causes Small Bumps Under The Skin Of Labia?

Hi I have 3 small lumps under the skin of the labia, They are about a quarter size of a pea, not painful and I only feel them when I touch there but not during sex. I have normal discharge and the lumps are not itchy. I m married with 4 kids and have no history of sti s.I have had pap smear regularly
