What Causes Small Bump On The Head Of Penis After Masturbation?

I have one small bump on the head of my penis that appeared after masturbation. It is raised and looks like a pimple. It isn t leaking any fluid right now but it looks like there might be some underneath that haven t surfaced yet. I am sexually active but my partner just got tested clean for syphilis and chlamydia. Is this herpes?

This could possibly be from the friction but I would although recommend an elaborate STD-panel as symptoms of an underlying sexually transmitted infection are aggravated after sexual acts. The STD-panel would help with an accurate diagnosis and treatment can follow accordingly.
