What Causes Small Bump On Perineum?

I have a small bump on my perineum. It has been there for about a week and itches. I also have some general itching in that area and near my anus. I ve never experienced this before. No other symptoms such as burning or bleeding. No itching inside the vagina.

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having a fungal rash as perineum is very common site for that
My treatment advice is-
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. Sweat causes such rashes to increase.
2. Apply a mild anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily. Oral anti-histamine like levocetrizine can be taken for itching.
3. Other treatment options include oral fluconazole, itraconazole, terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
