What Causes Small Blisters On The Foot When Suffering From Hypertension?

Greetings Doctor, I am 63 year old male. Live in Florida. Sugar is normal, high blood pressure, no diabetes. The bottom of my feet, 90% right foot, are producing small blisters and have area close to my toes that has been very sensitive; there are no obvious lumbs. I have reoccurring diarrhea 60% of the time. Problem has continued for over 6 months. Stan
