What Causes Slurred Speech, Pain In Feet And Deteriorated Balance?

My 67 year old sister-in-law survived a heart attack about 10 years ago. She received a stint. She is now retired and during the last 18 months her balance and stability has deteriorated to the point she requires a cane. She has been told the pain in her feet/legs and balance problems is due to arthritis. Last week we noticed a slight speech slurr. Is it possible she has Lyme s disease?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your sister, given symptoms here are not due to Lyme's disease but this could be due to the medical condition that she is having and to ruled out this she may need MRI study, hope this information helps, take care.
