What Causes Slow Thinking And Memory Loss?

Hi, I ve been suffering from slow and foggy thinking and memory for about 6 months. I ve looked intomy ayurvedic constitution and it is vata-kapha but my vikruti is currently Kapha. I ve been doing intermittent fasting by eating 1 meal a day and taking triphala at night to cleanse toxins but I m desperate to revive my mental capacity while my body cleanses. It s very debilitating and hard to get much done.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with slow and foggy thinking and loss of memory following a previous fast associated with intake of one square meal I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a Acute confusional state due to Hypoglycemia the brain is no longer receiving adequate glucose and therefore will result in demyelination of the brain

In view of this please please ensure you Eat at least three times a day to facilitate glucose to the brain

I hope this helps Regards
