Hello,

I would be much easier to comment for me after physical examination of your abdomen. However it seems like a lump to me.

There should be a concern if its progressively enlarging in its size, painful and causing other pressure symptoms.

After heavy exercise abdominal and chest muscles sores a bit due to fatigue ability of these muscles and accumulation of lactic acid into it.

It should get better with rest. You can take over the counter analgesics for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
