What Causes Slight Pain And Tightness In The Chest Area?
My heart started beating erratically last night. It has continued this morning accompanied with tightness and a slight pain. I am a 22 year old female with no history of this kind of medical behaviour. I am 5 feet 2 inches, and weigh about 115 pounds. What could be wrong? Do I need to go visit a doctor asap?

Yes you need to consult your doctor and get your ecg done. If your ecg is normal then you are on safe side to be managed as a normal person
