What Causes Slight Chest Pain And Anxiety?

I have been having slight chest pain daily for about 3 weeks now. I have an unbelievable amount of anxiety for no apparent reason. I am not under any stress whatsoever but my anxiety is awful. I have alwys had low blood pressure but am wondering if something is going on with that. I have hd daily headaches for a week now.

For what I can understand you have hypotension and headaches and chest pain since 3 weeks. In your case Chest pain can be due to following
1. Coronary artery syndrome in which blood supply is diminished causing ischemia and thus leading to pain.
2. Can be GERD as you have associated headache due to continuously histamine secretions and chest pain usually heart burn type

So better if you physically present and consult a Physician. I hope it helped
