What Causes Slight Bleeding During Incomplete Urination And Lower Left-sided Abdominal Pain?

I held my pee for 81/2 hours today......and now when I pee it s not visible in my pee but there s light blood when I wipe myself as well as pain on the left lower side of my abdominal......and also when I feel i have to pee nwheat little comes out but it feels like I have more but nothing comes out and it hurts when I strain to try to make it come out

Hi,

Your symptoms suggest urethritis (inflammation of urethral miatus (friction/itching injury or STD) or bladder infection. This would be evident in urine examination. Other more possible cause is small stone in ureter terminal end or bladder / ureteric stone can be diagnosed by specific salts / casts in urine while microscopic examination or USG scanning of pelvis. You have to consult a physician/kidney specialist for specific diagnosis and treatment. Till then take tab Cystone 2 with plenty of water.
