Hi

Ectopic pregnancy refers to implantation of fetus at sites other than uterine endometrium.

Ectopic pregnancy may occur commonly in any part of the fallopian tubes. This kind of pregnancy does not proceed into a full term pregnancy since a fetus can develop only in the endometrium which can expand and accomodate a growing fetus.

Treatment is essential since complications like rupture of the ectopic can occur.Medical treatment with methotrexate or surgical treatment with laproscopy is usually done.

Kindly visit your doctor for further management of the condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
