What Causes Sleeplessness While Taking Aminodarone, Lisinopril And Metformin?
Difficulty with sleeping . I take multiple meds daily , Toprol 100, Amiodarone 200, proscar 5, Ranexa 1000, Lisinopril 5, Metformin 500, motrin 800, Torsemide 20, Aspirin 81, colace 100. I tell my Cardiologist and he recommended Yoga, which I try but find it not affective???Any recommendations?

I really appreciate your concern, first of all try to cut down the un-necessary medicines, multidrug therapy is not advisable, then try yoga, along with this try some relaxation therapy, try some hot milk prior to bed stop worrying hope this information helps.
