What Causes Sleeplessness Inspite Of Taking Xanax?
I have a problem with sleeping. Have taken 1/2 .25 zanax a pill to help! Sometimes it doesn't help if I take in the middle of the night. The sleep problem is getting worse. I'm 80 years old and dealing with a spouse who has mild dementia. Marilyn.

For sleep induction and maintenance,i prefer zolpidem 5mg over xanax which even has got more abusive potential than zolpidem.Start with half tablet of zolpidem and see if it works.Please note :these are prescribed for short term and get prior prescription as advised by a doctor preferably psychiatrist.
