What Causes Sleepiness, Bad Breath, Loss Of Appetite And Dark Colored Urine?
My husband has had no energy for 4 days, sleeps most of the day, now he smells like dead fish, breath smells, very little appetite and now his urine is dark and really smells. He just had a physical with his doctor this week with blood tests, which were done the week before, all normal. Should we be concerned with what I ve described?

Check for alkaptonuria which is a rare condition but presents with smelly urine and dark colored urine. Please go about an elaborate check on all such conditions that can cause such a unique presentation with his doctor.
