What Causes Skin To Be Always Hot To Touch?

My body is always hot. I can be cold but I can feel the heat inside me, like if somebody touches me they feel the warmth and they always say in burning up but never have a fever. When it s cold out or even the ac is on my hands get clammy because of the heat from my body and the cold air. Is something wrong with me?

Hi! Thank you for your question.
A common cause of your heat inside can be dehydration. Usually the very young and very old people, also obese people are vulnerable to dehydration.
Do you take any medication? There are some medicines such as diuretics, anticholinergics and neuroleptics that cause the body to be warm.
It also can be a problem with your sweat glands, if you don`t sweat enough. There are also some diseases, but as you mention you do never have fever.
I would recommend you drink plenty of water during the day, and apply cool wet cloths to your skin.
Also do a blood test to check if there is any problem. If you don`t feel tired, if you are sweating normally there is no need to worry.
I hope this helps. Have a nice day!
Feel free to contact me again.
