"As"per your clinical history is concern please follow like this -
1)Do a clinical exam by your [gynecologic oncologist] and do ultrasound and [CA 125] a blood test to ruled ovarian pathology.
2)Regarding skin tags do a physical examination by your dermatologist and confirm it and remove it by applying apple cider vinegar to the tags in a cotton ball and do it three times a day and it will fall off, if not then discuss with your Doctor to remove it surgical procedures.
To prevent skin tags do like this -
1)Try to lose weight by dieting and exercise
2)Try to avoid wearing tight feeting clothing
3)Try to use powders to reduce friction
Hope that helps
