What Causes Skin Rashes With A History Of Thyroid Problems?

Doctor, my name is Sheela Thomas. I am 48 years old. Recently I checked my ASO TITRE in my blood. It is 1:800 IU/ml. I got some kind of rashes on my skin and that finally showed some swelling. That is why I checked my blood. And I have some kind of suffocation in my throat and I am difficult to breathe sometimes. I am also having thyroid problem. I am taking medicine for that ( thyronorm 50). My uric acid count is 7.0 mg/dL. I visited a doctor for my itching on my body and he gave me one medicine (montus, levocetirizine hydrochloride & montelukast tablets). But if I dont take this medicine, again ill start itching. I did echo test for heart and didnt find any problem. Please help me doctor....

Dear Sheela Thomas .
I read carefully your problems and understud your councern.
I have some explain as follow:
About your questation about skin rash and hypothyroid , my answer is :Yes we have case with skin rash during hypothyroid.
Iam telling you that we have skin changes in hypothyroid like:
•     Acute eczema (or dermatitis) refers to a rapidly evolving red rash which may be blistered Cold peripheries with pale and dry coarse skin
•     Eczema craquelé – a form of dermatitis in which there is crazy paving splitting of the skin surface
•     A yellowish hue to the skin secondary to carotenaemia
Please can you tell in wich part of your bady have rash ?
From how long its happend that?
The terapy that docter perscripet on you is an antihistamine, prescribed for allergic conditions
You are telling me that your ASO TITER IS 1:1800iu/ml
In these case when ASO test is positive and elevated greater than or equal to 400 mg/dl, it is likely the person to has recent infection and should be treated.
Symptoms results from High ASO titer in the blood for RA patients is :
• Skin rash
For that please you must t o check for Arthrit rheumatoid during counsoult with rheumatologies.

The uric acid blood test is 7.0mg/dl ., for Women the normal level are 2.4 to 6.0 Milligrams per Deciliter.
These level is a common form of arthrit or join problems and allso kidney stone and some times in hypothyroid pationts.
My with dermatologies for the skin rash , (where is localation etc
) endocrinology after your check thyroid hormone levels Tsh T3 T4 and rheumatology for hight level Acid uric
. Thankyou for asking on HCM , hope that iam answered our questations
