And doctor gave treatment of scabies, which did not responded. If the rash is itchy, red and plaque, it may be hives or urticaria. There may be some cause like worms, pollen or dietary factor as eggs, fish, prawns, banana, soya or cow milk. Give her antihistaminics like Desloratidine or Levocetirizine in proper doses after consulting the dermatologist. And avoid the contact of suspected allergen and do not give triggering diet.
