What Causes Skin Pigmentation Despite Having A Chemical Peel?

hi doc , i am fair in color complexion but i gets very pigmented easily . i refer doctors but for some days i see the rezults then after the same thing . i did chemical peel but i dont see any difference, do suhgest me some medcines i dont get pigmented .

Hi.
As per your case history of facial hyperpigmentation, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice dark skin.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical hydroquinone, tretinoin given only after consulting a dermatologist.
