Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain dead skin on face can be due to dry skin and itching of the skin and it seems to be due to side effect of
Tretinoin that is a retinoid..
Dry and itchy skin is a side effect of tretinoin and you should immediately stop using it..
I would suggest you to do cool compresses on face and also take anti allergics like levocetrizine to reduce itching..
You can apply Elovera gel to lubricate the face and also can apply Calamaine lotion to soothe the skin..
I would suggest you to let the skin improve..
Once it improves you can start washing your face with
Salicylic acid containing facewash..
You can apply
Benzoyl peroxide and
Clindamycin gel over pimples.
Azelic acid preparations can help..
You can also do cool compresses over pimples..
You can limit sun exposure and oily food..
Drink plenty of water..
If sill there is no improvement consult your
Dermatologist and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
