General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it is due to pain or stress.

Her routine drugs will not cause tachycardia.

If symptoms persist better to consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.

Detailed evaluation is required including serial ECG and echo test to rule out any structural heart diseases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
