What Causes Sinus Pressure In Forehead?

I am a 29 y/o female, no significant medical hx. I have what feels like sinus pressure in my forehead and nose (increases when I bend over and lie down), I have had a mild fever only up to about 99.6 F, swollen nodes in my neck that are tender, and fluid in my ears. I have lost about 10 pounds with this and it has gone on for about 3 months now. Never had anything like this before. I have tested negative for EBV, mono, Lyme. All other labs were normal.

Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing are indicative for ear infection (fluid in your ear). It is great that your lab tests including EBV, mono, Lyme were all normal.

Ear infection is a complication of common viral infection. It can be properly treated with oral antibiotic and local ear drops. You should consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

I suggest to :
- keep a good oral hygiene
- do not use ear cotton buds to clean inside your ears
