Your
shoulder pain symptom is indicative of
Shoulder Arthritis. Do regular exercises with the help of a Physiotherapist. Get an X-Ray done.
Acid reflux (GERD) commonly occurs due to IBS, Constipation, Food allergy (lactose intolerance/gluten sensitivity/oily greasy food).
Be careful what you eat, take high fiber diet, avoid constipation, take laxatives at bedtime & stay well hydrated.
Take homemade food. For relieving you can take antacids & PPI's. Acid reflux often triggers chest pain. However, you can have a cardiac checkup done to stay on the safer side.
Sinus should be treated, get physically examined. Get X-ray PNS done. You may need antibiotics, antihistamines, decongestants.
Nasal irrigation May be helpful. Take medicines under your local treating doctors.
Neglect may cause
brain abscess, meningitis, cavernous sinus
thrombophlebitis, orbital extension, etc.
