What Causes Sinus Pressure, Chest Pain, Acid Reflux And Shoulder Pain?

I occasionally experience a cluster of symptoms - sinus pain, breast pain, cold hands, acid reflux, joint pain (hands especially) and neck and shoulder pain. It comes and goes. I cannot figure out what it could be, but these symptoms seem to occur together. Any ideas?

Hello,

Your shoulder pain symptom is indicative of Shoulder Arthritis. Do regular exercises with the help of a Physiotherapist. Get an X-Ray done.

Acid reflux (GERD) commonly occurs due to IBS, Constipation, Food allergy (lactose intolerance/gluten sensitivity/oily greasy food).

Be careful what you eat, take high fiber diet, avoid constipation, take laxatives at bedtime & stay well hydrated.

Take homemade food. For relieving you can take antacids & PPI's. Acid reflux often triggers chest pain. However, you can have a cardiac checkup done to stay on the safer side.

Sinus should be treated, get physically examined. Get X-ray PNS done. You may need antibiotics, antihistamines, decongestants. Nasal irrigation May be helpful. Take medicines under your local treating doctors.

Neglect may cause brain abscess, meningitis, cavernous sinus thrombophlebitis, orbital extension, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
