I was seen by md last friday for sinus infection, both ears with fluid and sob chest and back discomfort. She did Neb treatment and a script for Amox 500mg bid. good Sat-Mon and Tues started with fatigue and run down. This am went to work started with sob and upper back pain with breathing. Saw md again, did a Neb tx had relief with back pain but some sob still. She gave me Rocephin and did Cxr that showed a small fluffy area RLL. She wrote another script for Z-pack 500mg qd and told me she was having a radiologist look at the CXR. Im confused, does mean pneumonia or something else?
