General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of sinus infection, blowing the nose and getting a vertigo, nausea, vomiting and pooping sound.
This indicates that the nasal discharge/ air entered through the dysfunctional Eustachian tune into the middle ear increasing sudden pressure and causing the symptoms that you have.
I would advise you the following:
- Stop blowing the nose.
- Get a consultation of an ENT and get examined and to get the following medicines:
Antibiotics, strong anti-inflammatory and steroids amlong with oral and nasal decongestants.
This may heal up the things faster.
Get a bed rest and steam inhalation.
Avoid the temperature changes.

This should help you, have a regular review with your ENT to get adjusted withe the medicines and its dosages.
Symptomatic treatment for vertigo in the form of medicines if required.
I find this answer helpful
