What Causes Shoulder Tendonitis While On Levofloxacin?

I was prescribed Levofloxacin today for bronchitis. I have been having trouble with shoulder tendonitis for the past few months. After reading the material that came with the prescription I am wondering if I should take this medicine? I have a lot of pain in my right shoulder

yes it does cause as well as aggravate tendonitis.kindly ask your treating physion to change the antibiotic and prescribe some antibiotic other than fluoroquinolone group
