So get done ecg, 2d echo and Holter monitoring (24 hour continuous monitoring of ecg).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Get done
CT scan of brain to rule out stroke and TIA.
If this is also normal then stress and
anxiety are the likely causes for your symptoms.
So
consult psychiatrist and get done
counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You may need additional anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright. First rule out heart and brain related causes.
