I have a sharp pain on the right side and upper shoulder in the back. Could this be gall bladder or pancreatic disease or problem? Also, I have sensitivity to cold and heat on my arms; skin seems very sensitive as if my nerves are constantly firing. Could this be a thyroid problem? When this pain occurs, it feels like my skin on my arms are burning/ sensitive to temperature and my head, back, and sometimes legs sweats. A tingling feeling. Also, I have the tendency to want to continuously want to empty my bladder. when I experience this strange episode.
