What Causes Shortness Of Breath?

I feel short of breath, like I can t take a deep breath. I have to constantly yawn or cough to get a deep breath in and it s very uncomfortable. My oxygen level is always fine around 98. I can physically breathe fine it s just that I can t take a deep breathe which makes me feel short of breath. I ve been told it s my anxiety acting up but I don t feel any of my other symptoms and even with my anxiety medication, I still feel this breathlessness. What else could this be? I constantly feel the need to yawn, en when not tired.

WHAT IS UR AGE ?AND SEX? ARE U SMOKER? ANY HISTORY OF ALLERGY, ASTHAMA IN FAMILY? ANY HISTORY OF DIABETES OR HYPERTENSION ? OR ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE? DO U HAVE LOW HB?
IN MY OPINION IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO JUDGE FROM UR HISTORY WITHOUT ANSWERING ABOVE QUESTIONS . YES , ANXIETY DO CAUSE SHORTNESS OF BREATH BUT FIRST ORGANIC CAUSES SHOULD BE RULED OUT. YOU SHOULD MEET YOUR DOCTOR FOR PROPER MANAGEMENT SO THAT YOU CAN BE EXAMINED AND INVESTIGATED PROPERLY.
MEANWHILE STAY CALM AND USE ALPRAZOLAM .5mg DAILY AT NIGHT IT WILL HELP U RELIEVE SYMPTOMS
