Dear Sir/Madam



About two weeks ago I experienced short breath and felt like it was difficult to breath, I didnt seek any advice and thought it maybe because I had recently had diarherra and been under allot of stress, but yesterday morning I woke up with a red and purple kind of small pin prick rash up my right arm (as far as I can tell its only in my right arm). I spent all day yesterday sleeping on and off (I had been out the night before so assumed it was me just catching up with sleep) and though the rash would disappear by today, the rash is still on my arm and my fingers on my right arm are feeling like tingley like someone keeps pricking them with a pin.

I wondered if you could let me know if I need to see a doctor or whether its nothing to worry about?
