General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should meet your clinician immediately as you have two major risk factors for heart disease. Shortness of breath might be due to heart failure, heart attack, pulmonary edema, etc. You will be subjected to ECG, cheat X-ray and echo for the diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
