What Causes Shortness Of Breath While Exercising?
Hi, over the last few months, I get tired easily when exercising. shortness of breath. dry itchy throat. I have had hard time running more then a few hundred yards and I was running previously 3-4 miles 3 or 4 times a week. could this be allergies? I had my heart checked and they said it as all great. I am 56 years old.

Your cardiac reports normal according to mentioned history in question. But respiratory causes has to be ruled out by chest X-ray and chest examination.
