Hello,

The shortness of breath, tiredness and swollen legs is seemingly related to cardiac dysfunction likely. Kindly get primary evaluation with your family doc to get basic lab tests of serum cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, kidney function with creatinine and chest X-ray , 2D echo of the heart function to get in depth evaluation of the underlying cause and most probable best therapy accordingly. Till that time, avoid smoking if involved.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
