What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Rapid Pulse, Sweating And Weak Muscles?

My CRP is 11.5 mg/l. My cholesterol has dropped to 145 total from being over 210 for the last 15 years. I have gone from taking 125 to 100 synthroid in the past year because my TSH has gone below .045. I was on 125 dosage for the last six years. I have been experiencing shortness of breath, sweating and rapid pulse along with high to low to normal blood pressure. My blood serum has been over 10.4 for the last eight years but is now 9.9. All my other blood work is normal. I ve had a complete cardio work up last August with everything normal. I feel achy and my muscles feel weak. What should I be looking for?

Hi,

Synthyroid known side effects do not have your symptoms. They suggest rather overdose of Synthyroid. I feel you need revision of the dose after repeating thyroid function tests. Please consult your endocrinologist, he is the person to decide, as he knows details of your health. For the weak muscles, I feel you need high protein diet with calcium, vitamin D, B and E supplements. Please discuss about all this with your doctor.
